(Alumni, Family and Friends Day)
Widener's volleyball team on Saturday will host Breast Cancer Awareness Day as well as an Alumni, Family and Friends Day during its tri-match.
Widener Tri-Match II begins at 10:00 pm when the squad hosts Neumann. Misericordia faces Neumann at noon, followed by Widener against Misericordia at 2:00 pm.
All fans are asked to wear pink to support the cause. Donations will be accepted for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
The volleyball team is one of nine Widener squads who have participated in awareness days. This includes football, women's soccer, field hockey, men's basketball, women's basketball, softball, men's lacrosse and women's lacrosse.
After the match, Widener will host an Alumni, Family and Friends Day. Tickets are $40 each and include food, drinks and a t-shirt. Registration information can be found by clicking here.
