Junior Devan Green (Monroe Center, IL) pounded eight kills and freshman Jamie Ballew (Media, PA) dished 21 assists for Widener in a 3-0 victory (25-14, 25-10, 25-11) over Immaculata at Schwartz Center.

Green, who last week was named to the all-tournament team at the ASICS Invitational, kept her red-hot play going with only one error over 15 attacks for a .467 hitting percentage.  Ballew has established her role at setter, averaging 7.53 assists per set for Widener (4-1).

Danielle Wetling (Upper Darby, PA) had six kills, fellow junior Julieanne Gryn (Springfield, PA) notched eight digs, senior Meghan Fitzsimmons (Lancaster, NY) contributed seven and freshman Rachel Lambert (Glenmore, PA) added six blocks.

Widener this Friday and Saturday makes its annual trip to Ithaca, NY for the Bomber Invitational.  The team on Friday battles SUNY Brockport at 2:00 pm and Vassar at 6:30 pm.
