Widener had its hands full with first-place Lebanon Valley and was dealt a 5-1 Commonwealth Conference loss in Annville, PA.

Chris Hall scored three times for the Dutchmen (9-6, 5-0 CC), including twice in the first half for a 3-0 lead.  Doug Gabel (Feasterville, PA) got Widener (6-6-3, 2-2) on the board with one second left in the half off a pass from fellow senior Kyle Leahy (Baltimore, MD).

Hall scored again in the second half as did Ethan Groff.  Travis Steedle tallied in the opening half for LVC.

Junior Hamed Correa (Cali, Colombia) made three saves for the Pride, who were on the wrong end of a 14-10 shots edge.

Widener is home Wednesday against Ursinus, beginning at 7:00 pm.
