10/27/07 -- Widener was eliminated from Commonwealth Conference Tournament contention with a 1-0 loss at Albright in Reading, PA.

Shawn Gentile scored in the 24th minute on an indirect kick off an assist from Maartin Koostra. It was Gentile's fourth goal of the season for the Lions (8-8-2, 2-3 CC).

Sophomore Marty Squicciarini (Lansdale, PA) made three saves and junior Doug Gabel attempted three shots for Widener (7-10-1, 1-3-1).

Wendell Hannaford made two saves for Albright, which ended with a 6-5 shots edge.
