10/11/07 -- Kim Brady (Pottstown, PA) had 17 kills and fellow senior Becky Rohrbaugh (Railroad, PA) dished 52 assists for Widener in a 3-1 victory (27-30, 30-22, 30-27, 30-25) over Eastern at Schwartz Center.

Brady had only six errors over 36 attacks for an impressive .306 hitting percentage. Rohrbaugh also closed with 18 digs for the Pride (11-15).

Senior Rachel Chizmadia (Saline, MI) closed with 12 kills and 18 digs with sophomore Devan Green (Monroe Center IL) notching 12 and nine. Sophomore Duong Lau (Upper Darby, PA) had 19 digs and junior Ashley Varallo (Havertown, PA) added 11.

Katie Ressler finished with 16 kills and 33 digs with Emma Klein posting 16 and 21 for the Eagles (12-10). Mandy Platt had 28 digs and Bridget Carey ended with 19 assists.

Widener is home Tuesday for a Commonwealth Conference match against Lycoming, beginning at 7:00 pm at Schwartz Center.
