2023 Indoor Track: 

• Middle Atlantic Conference Championship - Placed 4th in the 3,000 (10:33.20) and 5,000 (18:44.98) MAC Champion and school record 4 x 800 (9:53.08) Scored 12.5 points of the teams 147 to secure the team title for the first time in 29 years. 
• AARTFC Champion DMR (12:26.07). Also a school record. Ran 5:10.93 1600 split.
• Ran a career best (10:21.97) 3,000m at the Boston David Hemery Valentine Invite
• Ran an Indoor personal best (18:31.98) 5,000m at the Moravian Indoor meet hosted at Lehigh

2022 Cross Country: 

• Finished 19th at the Metro Regional Championship (24:08.7) earning All-Region honors helping the team to it's first ever regional championship. 
• Finished 4th at the MAC Championships (22:56.7) helping the team win it's first ever MAC Cross Country Title
• Finished 13th running the fourth fasted time in school history (22:37.2) at Paul Short helping the team to a 1st place finish in the White race.

2022 Outdoor Track: 

• Placed fourth in the 5,000 and eighth in the 1500 at the MAC Championships
• Set the school record in the 5,000 (17:52.55) at the Widener Invitational
• Set the school record in the 1500 (4:47.40) at the Chester Quarry Classic

2022 Indoor Track: 

• MAC Champion in the 3,000 with a school record time (10:23.18) also placed 4th in the 5,000 running the second fastest time in school history (18:31.06)

2021 Cross Country: 

• Finished 12th at the Metro Region Championships running a season best 23:01.6
• Finished 14th at the MAC Championships helping the team to a program best 2nd place team finish

2021 Outdoor Track: 

• MAC champion as a member of the 4x800 relay breaking the school record along the way. Also placed seventh in the 1500 at the MAC Championships.
• Ran a season best 5000 (18:24.07) at the Widener MAC only Meet #2
• Ran a season best 1500 (4:53.15) at the Widener MAC Only Meet #1

2020 Indoor Track and Field: 

• Helped the 4x800 to a third place finish at the MAC Championships. Also placed sixth in the DMR and Mile. The Mile time of 5:18.33 was a school record at the time, now ranks 2nd All-Time.

2019 Cross Country: 

• Ran a season best time of 23:39.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Mideast Region Championships
• Placed 26th in the 6K at the MAC Championships with a time of 24:00.9
