Kim Dougherty, a two-time All-Commonwealth Conference pick, is in her third year as an assistant coach for the Pride.  She had a solid four-year run as a pitcher in which she posted 40 victories, a 2.39 ERA and 272 strikeouts over 418 1/3 innings.  At the plate, she ended with 98 hits, 52 RBI and a .350 batting average.  Dougherty in 2010 was tabbed second team all-league after ending with 46 hits, 28 RBI, 12 doubles, five home runs, 10 victories, 80 strikeouts and a .255 opposing batting average and second with two saves.  She was named first team all-conference in 2008 by ending with an 11-3 record that included an eight-game winning streak, a 1.79 ERA, a .233 opposing batting average and 60 strikeouts.  Dougherty graduated in 2010 with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
