Bill Relyea is in his sixth season as an assistant coach with the Widener University softball program. 
Relyea specializes in hitting, catchers, and sport/neuropsychology.  He brings 15 years of softball experience and 30 years of combined coaching experience including martial-arts, basketball, softball, and golf.  In addition, he holds certification through the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) [ACE Level IV], the Positive Coaching Alliance, and is a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
 
Outside of the softball world, Relyea is a renowned speaker and Board Certified Life/Executive Coach.  He serves as Keynote Speaker, lead consultant, and “Head-Coach” at The 415 Group, LLC. 
Relyea is a 2008 graduate of Widener University with a B.S. in Professional Studies.  He also holds M.S. in Industrial/Organizational psychology and is finalizing a Ph. D. in the same discipline with a concentration in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.
