Competed in seven meets as a sophomore... Opened the season winning the long jump (6.29-meters) at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival in Apr. 2024... Set a personal best 110-meter hurdles (22.23) at the TCNJ Invite and Multi while showing a 54.85 400-meter and a 1.64-meter high jump... Threw a personal best in the javelin (51.21-meters) at the Paul Donahue Invitational and also makred a 6.32-meter long jump... Set two personal bests in the shot put (9.15-meters) and discus (23.78-meters) at the Haverford Mid Week on Apr. 22, 2024... Ran a personal best 100-meter dash (11.51) at the Carol and John Covert Classic in Apr. 2024... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed 19th in the long jump (5.91-meters) and 10th in the javelin (47.19-meters)... Ended the season at the Widener Final Qualifier on May 13, 2024 in the long jump (6.35-meters) and javelin (48.40-meters).

Competed in six meets as a sophomore... Opened the season in the 800-meter (2:18.10) at Fastrack Season Opener with a personal best... Marked a 6.28-meter long jump at the Moravian Indoor Meet on Jan. 20, 2024... Saw a personal best 60-meter hurdles (10.40) at the Keogh Invitational on Feb. 17, 2024... Competed in the heptathlon at MAC Championships and placed seventh.Â

2023 Outdoor - First Year
Competed in eight meets as a first year... Opened the season with a personal best 400-meter (52.37) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Apr. 1, 2023... Ran a personal best 200-meter dash (23.58) at the WCU Golden Ram Invitational on Apr. 8, 2023... Saw his first field competition in the long jump (5.94-meter) and javelin (48.32-meters) at the Widener Invitational... Won the 4x100-meter relay (43.01) and long jump (6.40-meters) at the Haverford Mid-Week on Apr. 24, 2023... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed 13th in prelims of the 4x100-meter relay (44.46, 11th in the long jump (6.41-meter), and 12th in javelin (46.70-meters)... Ended the season at the Widener Final Qualifier on May 15, 2023 in the javelin (49.58-meters).
2022-23 Indoor - First Year
Competed in three meets as a first year... Opened the season at the Seamus McElligott Invitational on Jan. 28, 2023 in the 60-meter dash (7.51) and long jump (5.96-meters)... At the NYU DIII Invitational ran in the 200-meter dash (23.67) for a personal best and competed in the long jump (5.81-meters)... Competed in one event at MAC Championships and placed ninth in the long jump (6.43-meters) for a personal best.
