Clement enters his first year with the Pride in 2021 and will primarily be responsible for working with the infielders. Starting in the 2022 season, he will also serve as the team’s first base coach.
Prior to arriving in Chester, Clement spent time as a coach for All Star Baseball Academy where he trained high school prospects from all across the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. He also worked with players in the 10-12 age range to develop their fundamental hitting and fielding skills.
As a player at Pace University, Clement started 44 games at second base through two seasons and served as a team captain in his senior year. He transferred to Pace after playing two seasons at Rowan College of Gloucester County where he was named All-Region as a sophomore and helped his team to a third place finish in the 2018 NJCAA World Series.
The Voorhees, N.J. native earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Pace in 2020.
