Kevin Burdick enters his fifth season as the head coach of the Pride in 2024-25 and his 10th season overall with the program. He previously worked as the hitting coach and the mental skills coach.

In 2024, the Pride finished with a 13-22 record (8-13 MAC Commonwealth). Despite not qualifying for the postseason, the Pride won their series with York and Hood, two of the conference's playoff teams. (York was receiving votes in the D3baseball.com Top 25 poll at the time). Five student-athletes made the All-MAC Commonwealth Teams: relief pitcher Ethan Lytle and shortstop Ryan Bauerle made the first team, outfielders Jack Balcer and Alex Savkov were on the second team, and pitcher Sean Curran was an honorable mention.

In 2023, the Pride went 22-20 (15-9 MAC Commonwealth). They made the MAC playoffs against Alvernia. However, the Pride would fall two games to one in the three-game series.

During his tenure, the Pride have been to seven conference tournaments and one NCAA regional by capturing the MAC Commonwealth championship in 2016. In his two years as head coach, Burdick has coached 11 All-MAC Commonwealth players, one MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year, four All-Region players, and one All-American.

Burdick began his coaching career with the Mt. Carmel Legion program in the Greater Norristown League. In 2013, he helped guide the Mounties to their first league title in 33 years. After his legion coaching career, Burdick entered the college ranks at Division II Regis University in Denver, Colo. as a volunteer assistant coach. His primary focus was coaching mental skills.

Burdick graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fla. with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2013 and is originally from Plymouth Meeting, Pa., where he currently resides today.
