Austin Morgan is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Widener University baseball team. He brings several years of coaching and clinical instruction experience to the Pride.
Most recently, Morgan spent time as the assistant coach with the Friends' Central baseball team in Wynnewood where his primary responsibilities included development of the catchers and shared duties in pitching and hitting instruction.
He also works with several camps and baseball academies with positions including head coach and Director of Showcase Teams with On Deck Training Center, co-founder of Winter Workouts Powered by Lantern Baseball, Director of Winter Camps and Baseball Ops for Aston-Media American Legion Auxiliary, and as a summer baseball camp counselor at Episcopal Academy.
As a player, Morgan was a four-year member of the Dickinson College baseball team. He earned his BA in International Business from Dickinson in 2019.
