  • Finished 15th running the fourth fastest time in program history (22:43.1) at Paul Short helping the team to a 1st place finish in the White race.

2022 Outdoor Track and Field: 

  • Placed second with a school record time (11:24.87) in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAC Championships. 
  • Ran the sixth fasted Widener All-Time 5000m (18:34.05) at the Widener Invitational

2022 Indoor Track and Field: 

  • Placed seventh running the fourth fastest Widener All-Time 3000m (10:44.21) at the MAC Championships

2021 Cross Country:

  • Earned All-Region honors finishing 22nd at the Metro Region Championships with a season best time of 23:35.6 while helping the team to a third place finish
  • Finished 73rd at the MAC Championships with a time of 26:38.2 
2021 Outdoor Track and Field: 
  • Placed 6th in the 3000m Steeplechase running a season best time (12:41.0) at the MAC Championships
