2022 Cross Country:

• Competed at the NCAA Championship finishing 271st
• Finished 14th at the NCAA Metro Region Championship (23:59.1) earning All Region honors and helping the team to the first ever regional title. 
• Earned 2nd team All-MAC finishing 14th at the MAC Championship (23:38.1) helping the team to the first ever MAC title
• Finished 15th running the fourth fastest time in program history (22:43.1) at Paul Short helping the team to a 1st place finish in the White race.

2022 Outdoor Track and Field: 

• Placed second with a school record time (11:24.87) in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAC Championships. 
• Ran the sixth fasted Widener All-Time 5000m (18:34.05) at the Widener Invitational

• Placed seventh running the fourth fasted Widener All-Time 3000m (10:44.21) at the MAC Championships

2021 Cross Country:

• Earned All-Region honors finishing 22nd at the Metro Region Championships with a season best time of 23:35.6 while helping the team to a third place finish. 
• Finished 73rd at the MAC Championships with a time of 26:38.2

• Placed 6th in the 3000m Steeplechase running a season best time (12:41.0) at the MAC Championships
