As a Junior in 2013-14: Finished 42nd at the Paul Short Classic with a time of 26:20…Won the individual title at the MAC Championships, earning his third straight all-league honor...  Competed at the NCAA Mideast Regionals… Won the mile race for the second straight year at the MAC Indoor Championships…  Won both the 1,500-meter run and steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor Championships…  Competed at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships… 2014 Men’s Field Athlete of the Year… Named to the Capital One CoSIDA Academic All-District…Named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team for both fall and spring semesters… Named to the inaugural Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team.

As a Sophomore in 2012-13: NCAA All-American after placing eighth in the 1500-meters… MAC outdoor champion in both the 1500 and steeplechase… MAC indoors champion in the mile… Set the school record in the 1500 with a time of 3:49.30 at the 2013 Widener Invitational… Voted MAC Track Athlete of the Year… Ninth place finish in the Dickinson Long and Short Invitational… Finished 17th at the MAC XC Championships with a time of 27:33.56 helping Widener to a third place finish in the conference… Named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team for both XC and Track & Field.

As a Freshman in 2011: Finished 28th at the Haverford Invitational (10/21) with a time of 21:03. Helped the Cross Country team finish in fourth at the MAC Championships (10/29) and, after finishing ninth with a time of 28:17.50, made first team All-Conference as well as being named Rookie of the Year.
