HAVERFORD, Pa. - Widener Men's Cross Country opened the 2026 campaign with a plethora of personal bests led by
David Abbey at the Haverford Main Line Invitational on Friday evening.
Abbey placed 60th overall after running in a 21:36.0 and a personal best mark in the 4 mile race.
Ethan Ng followed in 77th place, marking another best time after stopping his time in 22:19.1.
Widener's first years all saw race time and a new mark which was led by
Brayden Redd who ran a 22:31.9.Â
Michael Connor (22:32.1),
Jacob Keenan (22:34.9), and
Charles Lasher (22:54.9) all took home marks.
