Gianna Scaliti holding a season high in goals and assists.
The 9-8 final moves the Pride to 1-2 in the regular season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Scaliti and the Pride struck first with an up goal from Jaliarh Ferko. Lynch would win the preceding draw control before Mantz ripped one wide on a free position shot. With 6:33 remaining in the first, Krohn fed Mantz a ball for the second Pride goal after a Warlow save. The first ended tied at two.
- The Greyhounds took the lead right out of the gate, but a Mantz caused turnover would give Alyssa Ruggiero a go-ahead tying goal with 11:08 left. Cards amassed for the Greyhounds, but the Pride were unable to capitalize as Krohn would end the half with a wide shot. The score at half was 5-3 Greyhounds.
- With 30 left to play, Lynch picked up back-to-back caused turnovers before Visalli scored with 11:31 left in the third. Warlow picked up two quick saves before Visalli's free position shot fell wide. A down goal out of a timeout from Lynch would make the score 7-5 Greyhounds with 1:44 left.
- 15 minutes of play began with a Greyhounds goal while the Pride's clear set up a 3-0 run. Mantz scored an up goal with a Scaliti assist. Mantz's offensive presence continued with a draw control before Warlow made two saves to give Avery Farina her first goal on an up possession. Kasey Thornton won the draw to give Visalli the game tying goal at eight with 6:43 left. Final shots would fly as a heartbreak showed with the Greyhounds punching in a final last second goal for a 9-8 final.
