Kathryn Long punches her ticket to NCAA Championships for the second year in a row after top performance at NCAA Regionals.
Long would take second overall for a new Widener record performance downing her own mark from earlier in the season. Long clocked a time of 21.12.4 while averaging a 5:41 mile pace.
Loralei Golembiewski placed 26
th overall with a time of 22:52.6 to average a 6:08 mile pace. The sophomore went on to mark a new personal best.
