Honorio Freeland won gold in the 400-meter dash by navigating the track in 49.43 seconds at the West Chester Invitational over the weekend. The mark ranks first in the conference and 37th nationally. In addition, the senior placed fourth in the 200 in 23.11 at the non-scoring meet.
