Widener University Athletics

Devan Rimmer filled the stat sheet for the women's basketball team by leading the program in scoring (14.7 ppg), rebounding (7.0 pg), assists (3.0 pg) and steals (3.0 pg) this past week. The freshman guard, who also connected on 14 of her 15 free throw attempts, most notably registered her first career double-double in a win over Lawrence on a neutral floor by finishing with 20 points and 12 rebounds. 

Rimmer also ended the weekend ranked fourth in the league and tops among freshmen in scoring and currently leads the women's basketball team in points, assists and steals per game through 11 contests this season.
