Shae Spicer of the women’s cross country program finished 60th overall and first on the team at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships over the weekend by circling the 6,000-meter course in 23:31. Her individual performance helped the Pride place 18th overall among 51 scoring teams, which was an eight-place improvement from last season.
 
Spicer concluded her senior campaign by placing first on the squad in five of the six races she competed in this fall.
