Senior captain Steve Gozur helped the football program register a convincing 34-6 road win over Lebanon Valley on Saturday afternoon. He led the team with six tackles, which included registering two for a loss as well as a quarterback sack, and most notably started the scoring barrage by intercepting a pass and returning the ball 41 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter.

With the victory, the Widener football team improved to 4-0 in Middle Atlantic Conference action and is now one of just two schools left with an unblemished record in league play along with Stevenson.
