Sophomore Abby Schaffer ended second in the pole vault at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships last Saturday. She had a school-record leap of 3.85 meters, one week after winning the ECAC title and two weeks after capturing the MAC crown. Schaffer becomes the fourth different woman for Widener to earn All-America honors in indoor track & field.
