Baseball Postponed Saturday at St. Mary's (MD); Teams Will Play Two Sunday

Widener's scheduled season opener for Saturday at St. Mary's (MD) has been postponed due to bad weather.

The teams will play a doubleheader Sunday at 11:00 am in St. Mary's City, MD and the third game of the scheduled three-game series will not be made up.

Widener enters the 2013 season with 13 returnees and is coming off a 20-19 campaign for its program-record eighth straight 20-win season. Among those returning is senior Dennis Hocker (Coral Springs, FL), who was picked first team All-Commonwealth Conference last season.
